Space Planning/ Layout Design

We provide Giza based furniture layouts and space planning on any new furniture projects that we are quoting. We endeavor to combine our expertise with the clients needs to create the most functional furniture plan possible.  Once we have a plan we will present it to the client with both 2D layouts and 3D renderings.  We then incorporate any changes the clients need.  When we are quoting a project this floor plan service is included as a non-cost item.  We can also provide this same service to customers as a cost item.  This can be useful as a less expensive alternative to CAD. For example this service can be used to design layouts for the creation of tender documents. This service is only for furniture layouts. Giza is a a very specific program for office furniture and is not suited for construction plans. 


We install all of our own new furniture sales at customer sites. Our installers are professional, quiet and discreet at all times.  We remove all debris from the installation and dispose of it appropriately at the local recycling and waste facilities.  Often companies have furniture shipped into Nova Scotia from outside of the province. This may be because the company has a stockpile of surplus at a different location or it may have been purchased elsewhere by head office. We are avaliable in these type of situations to install the product professionally. 


Most companies go through changes that require their office to be set up differently.  We started out as a service company only and are experts in reconfiguring all brand of systems furniture (work cubicles or stations).  On larger and more complicated jobs we will enlist the support of our floor planning software and provide full GIZA drawings for your job.  Our goal is to maximize the use of your existing furniture without having to purchase new parts.  We also have a stock of used parts for almost all makes of furniture.

Office Moving

Office furniture is HEAVY.  Trying to move it yourself may save a few dollars but a lost employee to a strained back is too large a risk for any company.  Have our expert movers with the proper equipment move your furniture around.   Often we can squeeze in a small move even if it is just one desk and you do not have to wait to be scheduled in.    We are also available for all office moves from one location to another, we can supply packing materials and project management to help out with your move. We have built this company around excellent customer service and fair rates, there is no minimum charges. 

Storage and Asset management

We have 8,000 square foot warehouse space in two locations for all of your storage needs.  Excess furniture has two potential paths:  You can sell it to employees or even to us or, alternatively you can hold on to it if you feel you may need it within the next year.  If you feel you will be storing it for longer than two years it is likely cost prohibitive to store the furniture.  For your storage items we maintain a detailed database of your product and detail any additions or deletions.

Repair Services 

We offer full service support for any products that we sell. In many cases this work can be done as a no charge warranty item. We also provide full repair service for any other furniture products that you have in your office.
